Weekly changeovers are generally on a Friday.  Short breaks are available (except during the summer holiday weeks) with check in days on any day of the week subject to availability.  3 night minimum stay or 7 nights minimum during the school summer holidays.  For a weekend booking you can leave earlier if you need to be back to work on a Monday morning, but you have the benefit of being able to stay all day on the Sunday.

Check in from 4pm on the day of arrival and check out by 10am on day of departure (early check in and check out may be available, please check).

Discounts may be available for smaller groups - please check.

Pets are very welcome but should be booked in.  The house & garden are very dog friendly.  Dogs are charged at £30 per dog per stay - but if you have more than 2 dogs we may be able to offer a discount - please contact us to discuss.

The private hot tub is available for your stay at an additional fee of £125 for 2 or 3 nights, £145 for four or five nights and £165 for 7 nights.  If the hot tub is not booked for use during the stay it will be locked and unable to be used.

Two further single fold out beds are available for a small extra charge of £60 each per stay.
